攝影書作為觀看世界的一種獨特方法,從藝術家手製書、少量自出版到大量印刷出版,以細膩的視角和豐富的感受,去創造一個更加多元、包容和富有創造力的體驗。
本展區邀請了12位藝術家和書籍創作者,透過攝影書的形式,探索地景與城市的主題、記錄並呈現了台灣島嶼上多樣的自然風光與城市景觀,以及人與自然之間的互動關係。這些攝影書不僅展示了現代與過去的交織,記錄了城市快速變遷中的瞬間,也深刻反映了人與地景之間的情感聯繫,並展示了人們在都市化進程中如何與自然共處,透過他們的視角,我們得以重新審視我們所居住的環境,並在不斷變遷的地景中,尋找屬於自己的定位與歸屬感。
攝影書展區引領觀者深入探索台灣自然與城市的變遷,展現了豐富的視覺深度與多樣性,並呼應這個展區的台灣地景作品,觀者可以在翻閱中體驗藝術家對環境的觀察與思考,重新審視我們身處的世界。
Photobooks offer a unique way of viewing the world, ranging from handmade artist books and limited self-published editions to mass-printed publications. Through delicate perspectives and rich emotions, they create a more diverse, inclusive, and creative experience.
This exhibition area features 12 artists and book creators who, through the medium of photobooks, explore themes of landscapes and cities. They document and present the diverse natural scenery and urban landscapes of the island of Taiwan, as well as the interactions between humans and nature. These photobooks not only showcase the intertwining of the modern and the past, capturing moments of rapid urban change, but also deeply reflect the emotional connections between people and their environments. They demonstrate how individuals coexist with nature amid the processes of urbanization. Through their perspectives, we are invited to re-examine the environments we inhabit and to seek a sense of belonging and identity within the ever-changing landscapes.
The photobook exhibition area leads viewers to deeply explore the changes in Taiwan's natural and urban landscapes, showcasing rich visual depth and diversity. Reflecting the Taiwan landscape works featured in this section, viewers can experience the artists' observations and reflections on the environment as they turn each page, prompting a reexamination of the world we inhabit.

本展區邀請了31位藝術家和書籍創作者,共展出38本包含藝術家手製書、少量自出版到大量印刷出版的攝影書,挑選出以身份與文化、信仰與靈魂、家庭與社區的主題,深入探討台灣豐富的文化面貌。
透過攝影書的形式,藝術家們探索身份的多面性,在身份與文化的探討中,揭示個人與集體的自我認知、社會角色和文化歸屬。信仰與靈魂的主題則引導觀者思考精神信仰與日常生活的交織方式,揭示了台灣多元的精神信仰景觀。
而家庭與社區的主題也展示了台灣家庭和社區文化的多樣性,記錄家庭結構、家族歷史和社區居民的互動故事。這些攝影書捕捉了家庭關係的細膩變化、社區互動,以及歸屬感在台灣文化中不可或缺的地位。
攝影書展區,引領觀者深入探索台灣的自然、社會、文化與精神世界這種媒介展現出多樣與深度,讓觀者在翻閱中體驗探索與追求的視覺盛宴。
Photobooks offer a unique way of viewing the world, where artists and book creators use this medium to express delicate perspectives and rich experiences. The combination of visuals and text allows viewers to intimately engage with the creative process of the artists, experiencing the diverse artistic expressions of the books.
This exhibition area features 31 artists and book creators, showcasing 38 photobooks that range from handmade artist books and limited self-published editions to mass-printed publications. These works have been selected for their exploration of themes such as identity and culture, faith and soul, and family and community, providing an in-depth look at Taiwan's rich cultural landscape.
Through the medium of photobooks, artists explore the multifaceted nature of identity, revealing personal and collective self-awareness, social roles, and cultural belonging in the discussion of identity and culture. The theme of faith and soul guides viewers to contemplate the intertwining of spiritual beliefs and daily life, uncovering the diverse spiritual landscape of Taiwan.
The theme of family and community also highlights the diversity of Taiwan's family and community cultures, documenting the stories of family structures, ancestral histories, and interactions within communities. These photobooks capture the subtle changes in family relationships, community interactions, and the sense of belonging that is an indispensable part of Taiwanese culture.
